They work to get rid of unnecessary items, help encourage the flow of positive space, use color to their advantage and know about furniture placement and home décor that the majority of buyers find appealing. It is their job to know these things, which can make a big difference in your selling price or whether your home sells at all.

The majority of staging companies will be happy to give you a free quote for their services. The price to have your home staged depends upon its size, your location, how intricate the job is and the company you are working with. It's hard to say right off the bat how much a staging professional will charge for their services. Also, some companies charge by the hour while others charge a flat fee after evaluating the project.
